This group in our club is extended version of groups like “Weight Loss Challenge (WLC)”, as the objectives and the results are not only in the direction of “weight loss” and also for healthy weight gain, sports nutrition and gaining muscle mass, removal of fatigue, external nutrition (cosmetics) and others.
It includes everything from “PERSONAL DIET” plus:
Participation in the 13-week course on healthy nutrition. The lectures are one time weekly after work hours, lasting about one hour plus half an hour of measurements with a competitive nature.
It provides opportunity for additional personal meetings and consultations with certain personal wellness trainer who tracking results to eliminate any problems and answer questions.
Each lecture provides a test of basic food products included in the diet for selecting the desired taste. Distribute additional printed materials.
