This program in our club is developing of the “Weight Loss Challenge (WLC)” because goals and results are not only in the direction of “weakening”, but also to improve immunity, sports nutrition and muscle mass gain , fatigue removal, external nutrition (cosmetics), and more.
It includes everything from “PERSONAL DIET” plus:
Participation in a 6-week hybrid course on healthy eating (attendance plus online). The lectures are after working hours, once a week attended and once – online, lasting about one hour plus about half an hour for competitive measurements.
It provides opportunity for additional personal meetings and consultations with certain personal wellness trainer who tracking results to eliminate any problems and answer questions.
Each lecture provides a test of basic food products included in the diet for selecting the desired taste. Distribute additional materials.
