Gingerbread Protein Latte Macchiato
Enjoy the smooth and rich taste of 100% Robusta espresso coffee beans with sweet cinnamon and warm ginger, in this great alternative to high-calorie and sugar-laden festive coffee drinks.
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 2 scoops High Protein Iced Coffee Latte Macchiato flavour (22 g)
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 250 ml unsweetened almond drink (or other milk alternative)
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Put the High Protein Iced Coffee, ground ginger and cinnamon in a bowl and mix until combined.
- Place a small pan over a medium heat, add almond drink and the mixed dry ingredients and gently warm.
- Add the agave nectar and vanilla extract and whisk until frothy.
Serve in a mug with a dusting of ground ginger.
