Oatmeal with F1 prepared from last night
Try a new way to have a healthy breakfast this month.
This oatmeal cooked from the previous evening are a delicious way to get a great morning meal, with aromatic topping made with sliced pear, cinnamon, Instant herbal tea drink and Apple-flavored Oatmeal.
Preparation time: 10 minutes plus 4 hours of cooling time
2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Banana Cream Taste Shake
2 tablespoons Herbalife Nutrition Protein drink mix Vanilla
½ Teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 tbsp Herbalife Nutrition Oat-apple drink
175 ml + 2 tbsp cold water
½ pear sliced
30 g of pressed oatmeal
Method of preparation:
- Mix sliced pear, soluble herbal tea drink, oat-apple drink and 2 tbsp cold water together in a small bowl. Stir until well blended. Set aside to allow the mixture to thicken as you prepare the oatmeal.
- In a jar or small bowl, mix the pressed oatmeal, Shake Formula 1 and the Protein drink mix together with a fork. Gradually add the remaining amount of water, stirring until well mixed. Spoon the mixture with the pear on top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- If desired, sprinkle extra cinnamon before serving.
