Pancakes with flour of chickpeas
Sunday. Gali still sleeping tired after yesterday’s very rewarding but tiring day.
What a nice surprise her?
I’ve already done closer liter of tea for two and wake up, I can win some time.
I have not made pancakes soon. Traditional pancakes I do not want.
Instead shake for breakfast I can try with a healthy variant of pancakes.
I looked at what products and the experiment began.
Naturally, I use my favorite blender:
- Two glasses of 150 ml of water;
- Two eggs;
- On the same cups, cup chickpea flour;
- Also in this cup flour spelled;
- Because I saw not vanilla, I put 1 scoop vanilla shake F1;
- Pinch of salt for luxury.
I turned round it, waited a little (chickpeas thickens slightly and then), but I rarely see and add 1 scoop protein powder F3.
It was a mixture as boza. That it was the target.
With a small ladle of this mixture made 10 pancakes. The first and last are the master, of course … by aesthetic considerations.
For filling everyone can improvise. For example, thick chocolate shake, apple with cinnamon or other favorite smoothie. Or maybe something salty.

Of course, there are many other extremely beneficial substances in smaller quantities, which are not included in the table – for example, the mixture has 2 grams of choline – a substance very useful for the proper development of the brain useful for pregnant and lactating women and other .
I do not know whether getting smarter, but the pancakes were delicious and finished almost at first sight!
