Banana and coconut snowballs

 

Hey, it’s cold outside! But our festive return to protein balls is inspired by the warmer countries, combining the flavors of creamy banana and tropical coconut to create the perfect after-workout bite to enjoy in cold weather. Best of all, Banana and coconut snowballs are easy to prepare and ready in minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 measuring spoons of Herbalife Formula 1 flavored Banana Cream
  • 2 scoops of Herbalife Protein drink mix
  • ½ cup whole coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut shavings and another 1/3 cup coconut shavings for oval

Method of preparation:

  • Set aside 1/3-inch coconut glass to oval, place all other ingredients in a kitchen robot and mix
  • Spoon the balls into a teaspoon size
  • Roll the balls into the remaining coconut shavings until they are coated
