Fast pea and mint soup – 4 servings

This warming and refreshing soup is low in calories, fat and sugar so you can enjoy it anytime of the day.
- 6 onions, peeled and sliced
- 300g frozen peas
- 800ml of vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp roughly cut mint leaves
- ½ serving (13gr.) Formula 1 Vanilla
- 2 servings (12 g) of PPP formula 3
Method of preparation:
Put the onion and peas in a blender.
Pour in the boiling broth and add the sliced mint, vanilla Formula 1 and Formula 3 PPP, mixing slowly and stirring until smooth.
Season to taste.
