Oatmeal with F1 made the night before

Try a new way to have a healthy breakfast this month.

These overnight oats are a delicious way to get a great morning meal, with a flavorful topping made with sliced pear, cinnamon, instant herbal tea drink, and apple-flavored Oat-Apple Drink.

Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus 4 hours chill time

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • 2 measuring spoons of Herbalife Nutrition Formula 1 Shake with Banana Cream flavor
  • 2 scoops of Herbalife Nutrition Protein drink mix Vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop of Herbalife Nutrition Oat-Apple Drink
  • 175 ml + 2 tbsp. cold water
  • ½ pear, finely chopped
  • 30 g pressed oats

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the sliced pear, instant herbal tea drink, oat-apple drink and 2 tbsp cold water together in a small bowl. Stir until well combined. Set aside to allow the mixture to thicken while you prepare the oats.
  2. In a jar or small bowl, mix the pressed oats, Shake Formula 1 and Protein Drink Mix together using a fork. Gradually add the remaining amount of water, stirring until well combined. Spoon the pear mixture on top. Cover tightly with a lid or foil and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with additional cinnamon before serving.
