It’s time to get cozy and enjoy the best fall flavors with this nutritious yet delicious dessert. Our innocent apple pie contains the fiber-rich Oatmeal Apple Drink, while F1 is the star of the show in our easy ice cream recipe. After all, it’s a well-controlled calorie treat!

Ingredients:
Apple Pie:
- 2 portions (52g) F1 with vanilla cream flavor
- 1 portion (7g) Oat-apple drink
- 1 medium-sized green apple, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 100 g low-fat soft cheese (4% fat)
- 30 g of kefir or whey (low-fat, 1%)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Ice cream:
- 240 ml of almond drink
- 2 portions (56g) Protein drink mix
- 2 servings (52g) F1 with coffee latte flavor
- 2 tbsp almond oil
Method of preparation for the apple pie:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the rest of the pie ingredients (except the apple). Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a pan with a diameter of 15 cm, covered with baking paper. Decorate the top with the apple slices.
- Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the whole amount over the slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C – until the pie begins to darken.
Method of preparation for the ice cream:
- Mix the ingredients for the ice cream. Pour into a box and let it sit in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with the apple pie.
