It’s time to get cozy and enjoy the best fall flavors with this nutritious yet delicious dessert. Our innocent apple pie contains the fiber-rich Oatmeal Apple Drink, while F1 is the star of the show in our easy ice cream recipe. After all, it’s a well-controlled calorie treat!

Apple Pie:

  • 2 portions (52g) F1 with vanilla cream flavor
  • 1 portion (7g) Oat-apple drink
  • 1 medium-sized green apple, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g low-fat soft cheese (4% fat)
  • 30 g of kefir or whey (low-fat, 1%)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Ice cream:

  • 240 ml of almond drink
  • 2 portions (56g) Protein drink mix
  • 2 servings (52g) F1 with coffee latte flavor
  • 2 tbsp almond oil

Method of preparation for the apple pie:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the rest of the pie ingredients (except the apple). Mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a pan with a diameter of 15 cm, covered with baking paper. Decorate the top with the apple slices.
  3. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle the whole amount over the slices.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C – until the pie begins to darken.

Method of preparation for the ice cream:

  1. Mix the ingredients for the ice cream. Pour into a box and let it sit in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  2. Serve with the apple pie.
