For a snack:

For lunch:
Dissolve 4 measuring spoons of tomato soup in 300 ml. water. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cottage cheese and puree until you get a thick cream soup. Add 100 g of sterilized chickpeas, fresh green spices and a sprig of Parmesan for flavor. Garnish with fresh or pickled cucumbers. This lunch menu contains 24g of protein and only 380 calories!
For a light dinner:
Dissolve 4 measuring spoons of tomato soup and 1 measuring spoon of protein powder in 300 ml of warm water. Cut 1/2 ball of mozzarella into cubes and add it to the tomato soup. Add 8-10 pitted olives. Sprinkle with finely chopped spring onions and serve the soup with a light spinach salad with 1 boiled egg. This dinner has a whopping 30g of protein and only 400 calories.
