Sesame and almond cookies: crunchy delight
A tempting proposition for an afternoon snack, these delicious cookies are rich in healthy fats and are a great source of protein (protein). Prepared with Formula 1 Balanced Shake Mix with Vanilla Cream flavor.

Products required:
- 1 portion (26 g) Herbalife Mix Formula 1 Balanced Shake Mix with Vanilla Cream flavor
- 1 serving (28 ) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- 150 g of tahini
- 80 ml of maple syrup
- 120 g ground almonds
- ½ h. l. baking powder
- 4 p. l. sesame
Method of preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (or 160 degrees with a fan).
- Line one or two trays with baking paper.
- Place tahini and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the ground almonds, baking powder, protein drink mix and Formula 1 Balanced Shake Mix with Vanilla Cream flavor. Mix well until you get a biscuit dough.
- Roll out the dough and form balls the size of a walnut, which then roll in a bowl with sesame seeds. Make sure each ball is completely covered with sesame seeds.
- Place the balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper and press them lightly with your hand.
- Bake in a preheated oven – 10-12 minutes, until the balls are cracked on top and golden on the bottom.
- Remove the pan and place it on a wire rack to let the cookies cool.
Tips:
- You can also add spices like cinnamon or ginger for extra flavor.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week.
- You can also use an electric mixer to make the cookie dough.
