Hey, it’s cold outside! But our festive throwback to protein balls is inspired by warmer climes, combining the flavors of creamy banana and tropical coconut to create the perfect cold-weather post-workout snack. Best of all, Banana Coconut Snowballs are easy to make and ready in minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 measuring spoons of Herbalife Formula 1 with Banana Cream flavor
- 2 scoops Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- ½ cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut flakes and another 1/3 cup coconut flakes for rolling
Method of preparation:
- Set aside the cup with 1/3 coconut flakes for rolling, place all remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend
- Form into teaspoon sized balls
- Roll balls in remaining coconut flakes until coated
