Preparation time: 5 minutes
- 2 measuring spoons of cold shake “Cafe Latte” (22 g)
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 250 ml unsweetened almond drink (or other milk alternative)
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Method of preparation:
- Place high-protein iced coffee, ground ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Place a small skillet over medium-high heat, add almond liquor and mixed dry ingredients and heat gently.
- Add the agave nectar and vanilla extract and beat until frothy.
Serve in a glass with ground ginger dusted over the foam.
