  • 2 measuring spoons of cold shake “Cafe Latte” (22 g)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond drink (or other milk alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation:

  1. Place high-protein iced coffee, ground ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir until combined.
  2. Place a small skillet over medium-high heat, add almond liquor and mixed dry ingredients and heat gently.
  3. Add the agave nectar and vanilla extract and beat until frothy.

Serve in a glass with ground ginger dusted over the foam.
